Customer Service and Sales Ambassadors of Clearly Contacts, our Customer Service Representatives and Sales Agents are essential in establishing a long-term customer relationships and providing WOW service to each and every person. These energetic roles include Customer Service Representative (inbound), Sales Agent, Customer Service Team Leader and Call Centre Sales Manager. Finance and Administration Our numbers people are fun... well, that's what they keep telling us. Whether it's improving the bottom-line or forecasting activities and needs, Clearly's Finance and Administration team is an integral contributor throughout our business. Types of roles include Administrative Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Manager, Corporate Controller, Credit & Risk Specialist and Revenue Assurance Manager. Human Resources At Clearly Contacts, Human Resources takes care of our team. Firmly believing that our employees are critical to our success, we provide strategic support from recruitment to learning and development to employee relations. Roles in Human Resources include Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Assistant, Corporate Trainer and Receptionist. IT Our IT team has a passion for driving business results and creating WOW, high caliber, effective sites. Dynamic and fast paced, they are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining our technology. There are a variety of roles including Senior Development Manager, Software Developer, Java Developer, Graphic Design and Network Administration. Logistics Logistics is a huge part of Clearly Contacts. This hard-working and motivated team ensures that all orders get to our customers as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is always buzzing with the excitement of getting the packages out to complete the WOW experience of our customers. Roles in Logistics include Shipping Specialist, Shipping Administrator, Receiver, Shipping Team Leader, Purchaser and Logistics Manager. Marketing Our customer's WOW experience begins here. Our Marketing team is essential for consumer growth and is comprised of highly skilled people who can identify our key audience and tailor our marketing strategies to communicate to them. They are the promoters and messengers of Clearly Contacts, self described as zany, creative and brilliant. Marketing roles include Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, Web Producer, Web Product Photographer, Glasses Merchandiser, Advertising Manager and Affiliate Manager. Optical Lab Clearly Contacts launched eyeglasses in January 2008 and by March of that same year, we established a state-of-the-art optical lab. Since its inception, our lab has experienced substantial growth and continues to grow today! Paying attention to every detail, this hard working team fulfills all of our customers´ eyeglass needs. Roles in our Optical Lab include Lab Assistant, Lab Technician, Lab Manager and Senior Lab Manager.
